HOUSTON-Smith Seckman Reid has inked a leasing deal for over 30,000 square feet in the new Westchase Park tower located at Sam Houston Parkway South. With this lease, the Westchase Park is currently 58% occupied. The company plans to shift to the new location by September 2011.
