ORLANDO-Bayridge Sushi has signed a long-term leasing deal for 5,427 square feet in downtown Avalon Park at 3680 Avalon Park Blvd. East. This will be the third Bayridge Sushi location in Central Florida.
Bayridge Sushi plans to open the new restaurant by the end of October or September 2011. In the deal, Frank Thomas of Fact Business & Realty, Inc. negotiated the deal on behalf of the restaurant operator. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
