GLENDORA, CA-City Ventures LLC purchased 95 acres of undeveloped land in Glendora from Monrovia Nursery Co. for an undisclosed sum. However, sources familiar with the deal predicted a range between $18 million and $25 million.
The site will house for 124 single-family houses. City Ventures plans to commence construction in the beginning of 2012 and complete the first houses by the end of 2012.
