
BALTIMORE-Greenberg Gibbons in a joint venture with two other firms has been selected to propose a revitalizing plan for the aging Laurel Mall.
AEW Capital Management and Somera Capital Management are the other partners in the joint venture. The joint venture will design plans for new entertainment, retail, residential and dining facilities at the Route 1 site.
