HONOLULU-Kamehameha Schools is planning to start the renovation of three apartment towers in Honolulu in April 2011.
One building is a 16-unit apartment tower located at 2494 S. Beretania Street and the remaining two buildings comprising 30 units in total are located at 2732 Kolo Place and 2724 Kolo Place. Hawaii Architecture and Philip White Architects are the architects of the project. The general contractor for the project is yet to be selected.For the full story, go to Pacific Business News.
