NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA-24 Hour Fitness has inked a 15-year lease for nearly $20 million to house a center in the first and second floors of the NoHo Commons retail center in North Hollywood.
The fitness center will occupy 32,000 square feet in the first floor and is now expanding its space in the second floor from 3,600 square feet to 11,000 square feet.
