ALBUQUERQUE-Plaza Feliz is expected to break ground in Albuquerque on Feb. 16.
Louis Keller, the project's developer and state and city officials will all be attending the event. Plaza Feliz is located on 3.5 acres on land at 513 San Pablo Ave. SE and will feature 66 three and two bedroom apartments.
