SAN DIEGO-Quake Global Inc. has acquired a Class A office complex for $4.1 million along with its $3.7 million commercial-backed security loan.
The 17,792-square-foot office complex is located at 4933 Paramount Drive in the Kearny Mesa Spectrum region of San Diego. Homer and Hallum Trust purchased the complex in 2007 as a sale-leaseback investment property for about $6 million. Deborah Hunkeler and Jay Arnett of Cushman & Wakefield Inc.'s San Diego office closed the sale of the property.For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal.
