LONG ISLAND, NY-Rechler Equity Partners, a privately held commercial real estate firm in Long Island, is constructing its eco friendly headquarters at 85 South Service Rd. in Plainview.
Somerville-based Arrowstreet is the designer of the building. The construction cost of the 20,000-square-foot tower is $7.5 million. The Recovery Zone Bond program is funding $5 million for the construction of the building. This will be the first LEED certified building of the company.
