ARLINGTON, VA-Vornado Realty Trust completed financing for its office building located in Arlington at 2121 Crystal Drive.
The office building measuring 506,000 square feet, located in Crystal City, was financed through a $150 million fixed rate 12-year loan. The interest rate is 5.51% with the loan's amortization following a 30-year schedule starting at the third year.
