MINNEAPOLIS-ASB Capital Management has signed two leases for its AT&T Tower located at 901 Marquette Ave. S. in Minneapolis. Nuveen Investments has leased the 29th, 30th and 31st floors totaling 54,000 square feet of the tower for 13 years.
Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler and NAI Welsh represented the tenant in the deal. In another deal, Syncada is occupying the tower's floors from 16 through 18 totaling 48,000 square feet for 10 years.
