CAPITOL HEIGHTS, MD-The industrial building located in Capitol Heights at 51 Ritchie Road has been sold to Broad Street Ventures LLC. Broad Street Ventures purchased the 99,980 square foot building for $6.6 million.
United Sheet Metal Inc., the building's sole occupant, renegotiated its lease agreement with Broad Street Ventures, extending its lease for another 10 years.
