NEW YORK CITY-CB2, a modern furniture chain of Crate & Barrel, has inked a 13,265-square-foot lease for 15 years at Decoration & Design Building located at 979 Third Avenue for an undisclosed amount. However, retail asking rents at the building is $250 per square foot.
The retail chain is slated for opening this fall and will assume the retail frontage at East 58th Street's corner. Cushman & Wakefield represented both the owner and the tenant in the deal.For the full story, go to New York Post.
