ORLANDO-Winter Park Construction has commenced construction of University House Central Florida, a high-end student housing community in Orlando.
Inland American Communities Group is the developer of $65 million worth facility located at a distance of one mile from University of Central Florida campus at 3200 N. Alafaya Trail. The five-floor, 416-unit facility sits on a site spanning 9.93 acres is slated for opening in August 2012.
