NEW YORK CITY-Massey Knakal Realty Services is selling a 25,000-square-foot development site on Broadway between West 29th and 30th streets.
The site, which comprises two small buildings, can house a building with a maximum size of 250,000 square feet. The asking price is not yet decided. However, Robert Knakal, chairman of Massey Knakal, anticipates that the site could fetch nearly $70 million.
