CAMBRIDGE, MA-Newmark Knight Frank has closed two new leases on behalf of the owner of Walden Square Science Center located at 85 Bolton Street in Cambridge.
Tetragenetics Inc. has signed a lease for 9,000 square feet on the center's second floor. Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the deal on behalf of Tetragenetics. In the second deal, Ligon Discovery Inc. has inked a 2,500-square-foot lease on the center's first floor.
