BARTOW COUNTY, GA-Pattillo Industrial Real Estate is planning to construct an industrial park measuring 1.6 square feet in Bartow County. The company plans to construct six buildings on the site which vary from 64,000 square feet to 400,000 square feet.
Pattillo is expected to incur construction costs of $85 million. Pattillo bought 188 acres of land on the south and north sides of Cassville-White Road, situated north of Catersville in December 2010.For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle.
