Boston-based TA Associates Realty's affiliate is the owner of the properties comprising the 24,585-square-foot Chase Bank Building and the 31,437-square-foot BB&T Bank Building in Weston and the 250,000-square-foot Gateway Professional Plaza in Sarasota.
