CHICAGO-Realty investor, Sam Zell is planning to acquire a stake in an office tower located at 200 S. Wacker Drive in Chicago.
Behringer Harvard REIT I is the owner of the 759,000-square-foot, 40-floor office tower. The owner is in discussion to restructure the tower's $95.5 million mortgage. Zell plans to invest on the property through his Equity Group Investments firm.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
