NEW YORK CITY-Legal firm, Bryan Cave has subleased its 26,122-square-foot Sixth Avenue space to Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney P.C until March 2019. The subtenant is occupying the entire 30th floor of the 1290 Avenue of the Americas for an asking rent of $60 per square foot.
