BUFFALO-Ciminelli Real Estate Corp. has confirmed the purchase and renovation of Bethune Hall in Buffalo. The firm plans to convert the four-floor, 98,000-square-foot building at circa 1915 into loft-style apartments.

Ciminelli anticipates completing the transaction next month and will discuss about its proposals with several Buffalo firms. Renovation of the building is expected to be commenced later this spring and tenants can occupy the apartments by January 2012.
