PLEASANTON, CA-The Pleasanton City Council has accepted development guidelines for rezoning three areas totaling 31 acres in the Hacienda Business Park located close to Interstate 580 between Hacienda Drive and Hopyard Road.
The rezoning comprised of the 11-acre W.P. Care site that was rezoned to mixed use from office, industrial and commercial purposes. About 12 acres of the Roche Molecular System site comprising 33 acres in total and an 8-acre site of BRE Properties are the remaining two areas.For the full story, go to Oakland Tribune.
