NEW YORK CITY-The planned luxury hotel in Tribeca's South Historic District has encountered another problem as landmarks officials raise questions on the hotel's design.
The Landmarks Preservation Commission voiced objections regarding the building's outward appearance on Reade and Chambers streets. Building owners have expressed their willingness to make these changes to obtain the necessary approval.
