CHICAGO-A team of developers has decreased the size of a proposed commercial development in Greektown in order to get support for the rezoning effort.
Seymour "Sy" Taxman, Gene Porto and Tim Barrett are the partners of the development team. They have decreased the size of the tower to one-third to 87,000 square feet and have downsized the number of floors from 30 to 22.
