LAKE FOREST, IL-Chicago billionaire, Fred Eychaner has acquired a building, where Solo Cup Co.'s headquarters is located.
Eychaner has paid $36 million or $225 per square foot to Opus Development Corp. to buy the 160,000-square-foot tower which sits on a 16-acre site located at 150 S. Saunders Road in Lake Forest. Solo Cup leased 133,218 square feet for its headquarters and ICON Clinical Research occupied the remaining portion.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
