MIAMI-An affiliate of Canyon Capital Realty Advisors has sanctioned a construction loan worth $130 million for the 600 Brickell office tower in Miami.
The lender has bought the building's existing $10,000 mortgage. CGI Capital Holdings based in Miami has arranged the loan. Miami-based Foram Group's affiliate, Brickell Holdings is the developer of the 40-floor, 600,000-square-foot tower, which is set to be operational in the fall.
