IRVINE, CA-Newport Beach-based Irvine Company has announced its plans to develop a new housing project in south Irvine close to Canyon. The company expects to open the proposed Laguna Altura gated community this spring.
Groundwork on the housing project, previously called as Laguna Crossings, has already commenced. Irvine Co.'s homebuilding unit, Irvine Pacific LP is building the homes.
