NEW YORK CITY-Kirkland and Ellis has subleased its 601 Lexington Avenue space to Legal firm, Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, for seven years.
The subtenant is leasing 28,866 square feet or the 34th floor of the building to house its first New York office. The asking rent on Lexington Avenue is hovering around $40 per square foot.
