CORINTH, TX-A joint venture of Medical Properties Trust Inc. has purchased the Atrium Medical Center comprising 60 beds in Corinth for $23.5 million.
Medical Properties' affiliate and Vibra Healthcare's affiliate have established the joint venture in which former has invested about $6.5 million and later has bought a 51% interest of the Atrium Medical Center and will mange the center.
