WICHITA, KS-Slawson Cos., developer of the next phase of NewMarket Square, has declared that the project would commence as soon as possible. However, the company has not yet revealed about the new tenants for the development.
Key Construction Inc. has obtained the construction permissions to build a new retail building spanning 55,200 square feet at the development close to Maize Road and 21st Street North. The two buildings will be erected between Petco and Michaels.For the full story, go to Wichita Business Journal.
