
PITTSBURGH-A consortium of New York investors have entered into a provisional deal to purchase the US Steel Tower in Pittsburgh for around $250 million.
The building will be sold to an investor group led by New York landlord, Mark Karasick by its owners that include Winthrop Realty Partners and AREA Property Partners. The completion of the deal is dependant on the buyer investor group securing the necessary financing to cover nearly 70% of the sale price. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
