WAUWATOSA, WI-VJS Development Group LLC has received a long-term funding for a new medical office being developed by it in Wauwatosa for Aurora Health Care.
Jim Sedgwick of VJS Development said that Canada-based Sun Life Financial has granted the new bonds to the developer to pay off the construction mortgage for the development and facilitate a constant 25-year funding instrument for the project. The 60,800-square-foot building construction at 2999 N. Mayfair Road will be over this spring, he added.For the full story, go to Business Journal.
