NEW YORK CITY-Construction on the new condominium in Chelsea was started last week with another development expected to begin in the coming months. The new condominium located at 124 W. 23rd St. has been in development for two years by developer Anbau Enterprises.
This condo is the first condo development by Anbau since the financial crisis hit in 2008. The developer will begin marketing the 16-story condo at the beginning of next year.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
