ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL-Emerson International has purchased a seven-acre parcel at Central Florida Research Park in Orlando from O53A, LLC. The company plans to commence construction on a campus facility spanning 40,000 square feet on the site for Florida Technical College in March 2011 with completion slated by October 2011.
The college has leased the ready-to-build site for 15 years. Lincoln Property Company is the construction manager and First Builders, Inc. is the general contractor of the project.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
