DUBLIN-Google Inc. has bought Dublin's highest office building for $135.6 million (Euro 99.9 million), making it one of Ireland's biggest real estate deals since the economic crisis.
The 67-m office building, located in the Grand Canal Dock in Dublin, is 15 stories high and measures 210,000 square feet. The Montevetro building can hold around 2,000 staff. The building's developer, Treasury Holding, began constructing the building in March 2008, during the same period that real estate prices went on a downward spiral.For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
