HONOLULU-Hale Ka Lae, the 242-unit Hawaii Kai residential project, is opening its sales gallery to the public. Earlier, the gallery was accessible only for private sales functions.
The high-end development will feature one- to three-bedrooms with a size range between 980 square feet and 3,065 square feet. The prices of the units will range between $700,000 and $3.8 million.
