CEDAR PARK, TX-Hancock Fabrics, a Baldwyn-based specialty retailer of fabrics and crafts, has signed a leasing agreement for 14,987 square feet at Lakeline Plaza, a shopping center located at 11066 Pecan Park Blvd. in Cedar Park.
