DENVER- Heitler Development Inc. is converting the Highlands Place shopping center into a mixed-use building. The four-floor building located Caithness Place and Zuni Street in the Highland neighborhood of northwest Denver will feature 126 rental units and the headquarters of CorePower Yoga.
The Enterprise Community Loan Fund has granted a $19.4 million loan to the developer. Drahota Construction of Fort Collins is the contractor and OZ Architecture is the architect of the project, which will be known as Highland Park.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
