NEW YORK CITY-Law firm, Cohen Rabin Stine Schumann has subleased 8,300 square feet at Seven Times Square building. The law firm is occupying the space on the 38th floor of the 48-floor tower on the 42nd Street subway entrance for an asking rent of $60 per square foot.
