WICHITA, KS-The Marina Lakes Shopping Center has been purchased by Henzlik-Oliver Real Estate Companies LLC. Henzlik-Oliver plans to redesign the shopping center, located at 21st and Amidon, to incorporate a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market grocery store.
The sale price of the Marina Lakes Shopping Center was not disclosed. Henzlik-Oliver Real Estate Companies has properties in 11 states across the US including Colorado, Missouri and Kansas.For the full story, go to Wichita Business Journal.
