THORNTON, CO-Trammell Crow Residential has sold its apartment complex comprising 276 units in Thornton for an unrevealed sum. Seattle-based Security Properties Inc. has purchased the apartment complex called as The Reserve at Thornton.
It is the company's second investment in the Denver market within a year. The complex with an occupancy rate of 97% was constructed by an affiliate of Trammell Crow Residential in 2006.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
