COCOA, FL-Stevens Construction has secured The Center for Drug-Free Living, Inc. Operation Home Front's construction management services contract. The two-floor rehabilitation facility measuring 8,800 square feet, which is situated at 3905 Grissom Parkway, will have eight double-occupancy suites for women who have served the military.
It will also feature administrative offices, common laundry amenities and meeting rooms. Gonzalez Heydrich Design, Inc. is the architect of the project, which is slated to commence in February 2011.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
