CORAL SPRINGS, FL-A joint venture has purchased the Coral Palm Plaza, a 135,672-square-foot shopping center in Coral Springs. The US-based realty unit of Investcorp and Lincoln Equities are the partners of the joint venture. This was the third investment of Investcorp within 30 days. The total value of the three transactions was nearly $105 million.

Coral Palm Plaza was constructed in 1986 and is now 94% occupied. Michaels Arts & Crafts and Buybuy Baby are some of the tenants.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
