DEERFIELD BEACH, FL-Konover South, LLC has proclaimed its sixth long-term lease at its Park View Commons retail center, which is under construction. Luxury Nails & Spa is the latest tenant inked a lease for 1,400 square feet.
Publix is the anchor tenant of the 92,000-square-foot retail center being constructed at SE 24th Street and Maricamp Road (SR 464) in Ocala. The center is scheduled to open in November 2011.
