CHARLESTON, SC-USAA RealCo's affiliate, US Industrial REIT III has bought a Class A distribution facility located in Charleston, South Carolina, for an undisclosed sum. A joint venture between MeadWestvaco Corp. and The Rockefeller Group was the seller.
The 1.1-million-square-foot facility sits on a 124-acre site located within the Rockefeller Group-MeadWestvaco Foreign Trade Zone. The facility is a portion of a larger development by the two companies.For the full story, go to San Antonio Business Journal.
