NEW YORK CITY-Eric Rosenfeld's Crescendo Partners is relocating from its current location at 825 Third Avenue to Kaufman's 777 Third Avenue. The firm has singed a long-term lease with Sage Realty Corporation, a division of the William Kaufman Organization, for 2,725 square feet.
