PITTSBURGH-The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust is replacing Cafe Zao with an eatery in its Theater Square, a 330,000-square-foot facility on Penn Avenue, Downtown. Cafe Zao, which occupied space in the organization's property, was closed last August.
The Trust has signed a contract with Richard DeShantz, a restaurateur who operates the restaurant Nine on Nine few sections away from Theater Square. DeShantz and his team are working on the structure for their new restaurant, which will be opened in late April or early May.For the full story, go to Pittsburgh Business Times.
