MIAMI-Hhgregg, an Indianapolis-based electronics and appliance retailer, has inked a lease for five years with KTR Capital Partners for 66,095 square feet at Seneca North in Pembroke Park. The Seneca North building is located at 3201 S.W. 22nd St. just off Interstate 95 on Hallandale Beach Boulevard.
