MIAMI BEACH-Joint venture affiliates of Acadia Realty Trust and Terranova Corporation has completed a three-building deal in Miami Beach. The joint venture has acquired 600 Lincoln Road, 741 Lincoln Road and 723 North Lincoln Lane for about $52 million.
Current tenants at the acquired properties include Geox Shoes, Starbucks, Tacontento and Sushi Samba Dromo. Terranova will operate as well as lease the Lincoln Road properties located between Washington Avenue and Alton Road.
