MILWAUKEE-The Learning Shop, a retailer of educational books and toys based in Appleton, has leased 6,000 square feet in the Towne Shoppes of Mequon situated on North Port Washington Road. The Towne Shoppes complex is situated near Interstate 43.
The Learning Shop is planning to open its new store in April or May. Ogden & Co. represented the tenant, and Langhoff Commercial LLC represented the building owner in the lease transaction.For the full story, go to The Business Journal.
